At Toll Group, we are proud to be expanding our Government & Defence portfolio through the Defence Theatre Logistics (DTL) contract.We are currently seeking experienced HR Drivers to join our team based at Wadsworth Barracks in East Bandiana Vic.
In this role, you will be responsible for delivering general freight to Defence customers in a safe, skilled, and timely manner while ensuring compliance with all transport and safety procedures.In addition to driving duties, you will also assist within the warehouse between runs, including:Picking and preparing freight for dispatchLoading and unloading vehiclesFreight handling and stock rotation within the warehouseEnsuring correct load restraint practices are followedSupporting daily warehouse and logistics operations as requiredThis is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and safety-focused driver who enjoys working in a fast-paced logistics environment and contributing to a critical Defence supply chain operation.Why join us?

Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will:Ensuring the safe delivery of consignments with no damageLoad your vehicle and restrain your load each dayComplete safety vehicle checksUse of scanner and or complete paperwork when necessaryActively participate and attend safety and toolbox meetingsActively participate in incident investigationsComply with all legislated road laws and regulations, including both private and public networksConduct all tasks within a customers' site or in public arena with professionalismWhat you'll bringWe're looking for motivated professionals who bring:Ability to work both autonomously and in a close team environmentProvide flexibility for the various distribution tasks requiredAbility to interact with a diverse team at all levels of the organisation's hierarchyInterpersonal awarenessAbility to problem solveOpenness and integrityStrong customer focusAbility to interpret and follow work procedures and instructionsEligibility to make the gradeTo apply for this role,
