Animal Services OfficerThis position enforces Illinois state laws and Boone County ordinances pertaining to animal control and animal welfare.
This person will be responsible for a variety of tasks including receiving and responding to public complaints, investigations, issuance of citations, patrolling assigned areas to capture stray animals, cleaning and maintaining kennel areas, and feeding and caring for animals.
This position does include some weekends, holidays, and assigned after hours on call.Compensation and BenefitsStarting wage is $*****-$***** per hour depending on qualifications and experience.
