Slater and Gordon Lawyers is expanding its Outbound Call Centre in Ringwood with a casual Client Services Consultant.
The role requires flexibility with a minimum of three days availability Mon–Thu, and Mon/Tues as a requirement, in a supportive National Client Care team.You will be the first point of contact for prospective clients, delivering empathetic service, gathering information, and arranging appointments with our legal teams.
Training is provided; no prior legal experience is necessary.
