We're on the hunt for an experienced Roofing Supervisor to join our growing team.About the RoleThis is a hands-on leadership position covering site supervision, scheduling, and customer relations, with some administrative and quoting/estimating work thrown in.
You'll be the go-to person keeping jobs running smoothly from start to finish — and you won't be afraid to jump on the tools yourself when the job calls for it.Key ResponsibilitiesSite supervision across residential, commercial, and insurance roofing jobsJob scheduling and coordination of crews and subcontractorsCustomer relations — liaising with clients, builders,
and site contactsSite inspections and quality assurance checksMeasuring jobs and preparing accurate scopesQuoting and estimating supportOrdering materials for jobsGeneral administration tied to job managementWillingness to get hands-on and help out on the tools when neededWhat We're Looking ForProven experience supervising roofing crews and projectsStrong understanding of roofing methods, materials, and QLD building/compliance requirementsConfident communicator, comfortable dealing directly with clients and subcontractors.Well organised, with the ability to juggle multiple jobs and deadlinesExperience with quoting/estimating highly regardedCurrent driver's licence (White Card and any relevant tickets a bonus)A team player who's happy to lead from the front — including on the toolsWhy GCX Roofing?
