Churches of Christ Queensland is seeking a Part Time Registered Nurse for our 78-bed Aged Care service in Hervey Bay, QLD.
You will deliver quality clinical care with support from an in office Care Coordinator and Service Manager, across residential, respite, dementia and palliative care.You will work across day, afternoon and night shifts, with strong emphasis on medication management, patient assessments and collaborative care planning.
