Working closely with residents, families, employees and the executive leadership team, you will ensure the delivery of high-quality care while driving operational excellence, workforce engagement and continuous improvement.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the overall operations and performance of the residential serviceFoster a positive, inclusive and high-performing workplace cultureProvide strong clinical governance and ensure exceptional person-centred careLead, coach and develop multidisciplinary teamsDrive quality improvement, accreditation readiness and regulatory complianceOversee occupancy, admissions and resident transitionsManage operational budgets, workforce planning and financial performanceMonitor clinical quality indicators, incidents, complaints and organisational risksBuild strong relationships with residents, families, hospitals,



GPs and community partnersLead strategic initiatives that improve resident experience and operational efficiencyAbout YouYou are an experienced aged care leader who combines clinical expertise with outstanding leadership skills.
