About the Role
We are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic and flexible Shift Maintenance Fitter to join our busy milk manufacturing site in Raleigh.
This is a hands-on role where you will help keep our factory running at its best, delivering preventative and corrective maintenance as part of a skilled and supportive maintenance team.
The roster is currently 5 days with rotating on-call weekends, and as our production capability grows, dedicated site coverage may increase.
This is a full-time, permanent opportunity suited to someone who enjoys variety, problem-solving and being part of a team that takes pride in doing things safely and well.
The role requires the ability to work a flexible 24-hour roster, including after-hours call-outs as needed.
You'll Be a Great Fit If You Have:
An Engineering Certificate III or equivalent training (trade qualified fitter)




Engineering and fault-finding skills
A robust sense of urgency and the ability to complete tasks safely and efficiently
A proactive, reliable and diligent attitude
The ability to work effectively in a team environment
Experience with packaging machinery
Experience with machine installations
An understanding of food manufacturing processes and hygiene requirements
Food Manufacturing experience (highly regarded)
