About the Employer
We're a residential drainage company based in Geelong, specialising in underground drainage for some of Victoria's leading home builders.
Our reputation has been built on quality workmanship, professionalism and strong relationships-and we know none of that happens without great people.
Everything we do comes back to three straightforward values:
Communication. Excellence. Ownership.
They're not just words on a wall-they guide the way we work every day.
One of the things we're most proud of is seeing apprentices grow into qualified tradespeople and leaders within our business. Some of the apprentices who started with us years ago are still part of our team today, helping mentor the next generation coming through.
We're passionate about building long-term careers-not just helping people complete an apprenticeship.
About the Candidate
If you're motivated, willing to learn and prepared to work hard, we'll invest just as much into your future as you do., We're far more interested in attitude than experience.
Whether you're starting your apprenticeship or already in your 2nd or 3rd year, you'll fit in well if you:
- Turn up on time and are reliable
- Want to learn every day
- Communicate well with others
- Take pride in your work
- Respect your teammates
- Enjoy working outdoors
- Have a positive attitude and strong work ethic
If that sounds like you, we'd love to meet you.
Essential Requirements
- 1st, 2nd or 3rd Year Plumbing Apprentice
- Current Driver's Licence (or working towards obtaining one)
- White Card
- Commitment to attending TAFE and completing your apprenticeship

A truck licence would be highly regarded, but it's certainly not essential., We're looking for someone who's willing to learn.
If you bring the right attitude, we'll help you build a career you can be proud of.
