Job Description
The Disability Support Worker role at CPA exists to provide high-quality, person-centered support to people with disabilities.
You will play a vital role in empowering clients to live as independently as possible, by helping them to achieve their goals and supporting their day-to-day wellbeing, dignity and quality of life.
About the Clients
CPA are seeking multiple Disability Support Workers to support clients at a SIL home in Belrose.
Role Overview
Your role is focused on providing support to clients in a domestic setting (in the home).
You will make a meaningful difference through supporting clients with daily living needs such as cooking and mealtimes and helping with cleaning & general household tasks.
You will also provide personal care to clients in a respectful and dignified manner, administer medication, and support clients to move around the house through manual handling and the use of specialised equipment such as hoists.
You'll also be asked to document and monitor client wellbeing, and collaborate effectively with other CPA staff to maintain a supportive team environment

Commitment to person-centred care
Current NSW Driver's Licence (minimum P2)
Ability to meet the inherent physical requirements of the role
