This isn't just about standards—it's about shaping how work gets done.You'll be a key voice in ensuring our construction and field operations are delivered safely, consistently and to the highest standard.
From guiding teams in the field to influencing practices across the business, your expertise will help embed a safer, smarter way of working.What you'll be doingYou'll play a central role supporting our network operations by:Providing expert guidance on construction and installation standards across the networkSupporting field teams, engineering and delivery partners with practical, on-the-ground adviceIdentifying unsafe trends, risks and opportunities for improvement and driving actionLeading or supporting incident investigations, ensuring clear insights and outcomesAssisting with ESV WPO inspections and compliance requirementsContributing to the ongoing development of Network Minimum StandardsBuilding capability by coaching and educating stakeholders on protected work practicesThis is a hands-on, high-impact role where your input directly improves safety, quality and operational performance.What you'll bringYou're experienced, practical and confident in your expertise,
