We are currently seeking aPodiatrist to join our team on a 12-month maternity leave contract, commencing in late September / early October.
Full-time and part-time applications are welcome, and flexible working arrangements can be accommodated (including start date).
Ongoing permanent position may become available depending o client demand.
About the Role
As a Flexi Care Podiatrist, you'll provide high-quality podiatry services to predominantly older clients accessing the Commonwealth Home Support Program (CHSP) and Support at Home (SAH) Program, along with a smaller mix of NDIS, DVA and private clients.
You'll enjoy a varied caseload across both clinic and home-visit settings, with manageable appointment schedules that allow you to focus on delivering quality care.
What Your Days Will Look Like
Providing podiatry services across our South Brisbane clinics and in clients' homes
Managing a varied caseload of aged care, NDIS, DVA and private clients
Maximum of 13 clinic appointments per day
Maximum of 8 home visits per day
Working autonomously while receiving ongoing support from a Senior Podiatrist and experienced administration team
Building lasting relationships with clients and making a meaningful impact on their wellbeing and independence

About You
We're looking for someone who is:
Friendly, compassionate and committed to delivering exceptional care
Able to work independently while remaining connected with the wider team
Professional, reliable and self-aware
Skilled in building rapport with clients and their families
Knowledgeable in high-risk foot care and diabetic foot management
A strong communicator with excellent clinical documentation skills
Bachelor of Podiatry (or equivalent)
Current AHPRA registration (or eligibility for registration)
Current driver's licence
Ability to travel between clinics and clients' homes
