Pay details – Salary packaging:$***** to $***** + 12% superannuation and salary packaging up to $15,900 per year.

About the Role
The ITC Regional Manager shapes and leads Therapeutic Care Teams across the St Saviours Region, providing decision-making, coaching, reflective supervision, and expertise to House Managers and their teams.




The role ensures operational procedures, compliance, and continuous improvement across stakeholder interfaces, including government departments, so operational objectives are achieved for children and young people.
Key Responsibilities:
As the ITC Regional Manager, you will be accountable for:
Oversight of multiple ITC homes within a defined region.
Leadership of House Managers and multidisciplinary care teams.
Delivery of performance outcomes aligned to DCJ contracts and organisational KPIs.
Management of program budgets, financial performance, and resource allocation.
Workforce capability, supervision, and leadership development.
Risk management, compliance, and quality assurance across the region.
What you will bring:
A relevant Bachelor's degree (e.g. Social Work, Psychology, Social Welfare, Nursing, Mental Health), or a Diploma with relevant postgraduate qualifications aligned to Intensive Therapeutic Care practice.
Demonstrated experience (minimum 3 years) within the Permanency Support Program (Out of Home Care), including leadership in residential or therapeutic care services.
Hold current NSW Working With Children Check (WWCC), NSW Residential Care worker Register, NDIS Worker Screening,



National Police Check (completed by Anglicare for preferred candidates) and a current Driver's Licence.
Advanced understanding of trauma-informed care, including the Sanctuary Model, the 10 Essential Elements of Therapeutic Care,and child and adolescent development, particularly the impacts of relational and intergenerational trauma.
Demonstrated cultural capability, including experience working in strengths-based, culturally safe ways with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities, as well as CALD populations.
Highly developed strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to lead in complex, crisis-oriented environments and respond effectively to changing priorities.
Strong ability to build, lead, and sustain inclusive, psychologically safe teams that deliver high-quality outcomes for children and young people.
