You will support CKD patient management in inpatient, outpatient and community settings, collaborating with renal and medical teams to drive patient outcomes.
The ideal candidate has RN registration with AHPRA, post-graduate renal qualifications and solid communication, leadership and education skills.
Influenza vaccination is mandatory.
