The Role
You'll co-manage the Alexandria showroom alongside a fellow sales skilled, working across showroom sales and in-home consultations while also overseeing a small team.




Manage the full sales cycle, from enquiry to installation
Achieve and exceed individual and showroom sales targets
Lead, coach and roster a team of 2-3 store staff
Deliver exceptional customer service at every touchpoint
Understand client needs and recommend considered solutions
Maintain a polished and welcoming showroom environment
About You
Proven success in high-end or consultative sales (furniture, fashion, jewellery, automotive or similar)
Weekend availability
Confident managing end-to-end sales and building long-term relationships
Robust attention to detail and presentation
Full Australian driver's licence
