About the opportunity?
As aMember Acquisition Consultant,you will joinQueensland Country Health Fund / HBFin providing exceptional service to our members in the moments that matter within the Queensland Country Bank retail centre in Mt Isa.
As the first point of contact for our members, whether in person, over the phone, via email or online, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional, value-driven service.
You will support both recent and existing Members with a wide range of enquiries, confidently guiding them through policy options, claims conversations, and membership changes to get the most value from their membership.
As the Health Fund representative in branch, you will also facilitate focus and learning sessions with local branch teams.
You may also be required to assist in external events to promote the Health Fund, visit Premier Providers and Corporate Partners in the region.
