About us
Knoxcorp Group is a privately owned investment company actively involved in the Hospitality, Civil Construction, Food Services, Packaging and Manufacturing, Plumbing and Irrigation Supplies, and Agricultural sectors.
You will be part of a close-knit team based in Armidale, NSW, supporting the delivery of the Company's own commercial, hospitality and residential construction projects through Knox & Co.

Key Responsibilities
Review architectural, engineering and construction drawings, specifications and contract documentation to quantify required materials
Source, evaluate and negotiate pricing with suppliers and subcontractors.
Manage the purchasing of materials and subcontractor packages.
Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, subcontractors and key stakeholders.
Work closely with Operations Manager and Project Managers to ensure procurement aligns with construction programmes.
Prepare project budgets, cost plans and procurement schedules.
Continuously improve estimating and procurement processes and systems.
Provide regular reporting to stakeholders on estimating, procurement and project cost performance.
About You
Proven experience in estimating, procurement or commercial management within the construction industry.




Strong understanding of commercial construction methods, materials and pricing.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills with the ability to build lasting supplier and subcontractor relationships.
Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple projects and procurement activities simultaneously.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
A proactive approach with the ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
What you need to apply
Current NSW Driver's Licence.
Construction Industry Safety Certificate (White Card).
Experience using estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Demonstrated experience in estimating and procurement.
Experience with Buildpass, AutoCad, Microsoft Projects
Strong knowledge of Australian construction methods and procurement practices.
Existing supplier and subcontractor network within Current England Region.
