Our client, a growing family-owned electrical and solar contractor in South East Queensland, is seeking a leader to establish and run the residential solar sales function.
You will recruit and lead a team of in-home consultants and door-to-door reps, develop sales strategies, and manage end-to-end sales from lead to contract.
You will shape, design and execute door-to-door campaigns, identifying target suburbs and optimizing offers.
