The RoleWe are seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Coordinator to drive the team to achieve our targets and provide top-level customer service.
In this hands-on role you will participate in the operation of the bar and food service to achieve expected budgeted sales targets and KPIs.
Reporting to our Venue Manager, our Coordinator needs to have the highest level of customer service skills with proven experience in the hospitality sector desirable.
An RSA and Badge are essential.
The primary responsibility of the coordinator is to lead the team in delivering first class service to our patrons ensuring the bar and functions operate effectively and efficiently within relevant Government Regulations.Key Areas Of Responsibility IncludeAbility to lead, coach and inspire a teamProvide excellent customer service to all customersProvide information on our product rangeMaintaining the appearance and presentation of the barEnsure all cleaning and maintenance is carried out according to specified quality standardsFollow health and safety guidelinesCashier experience, taking orders and handling cashApply sound cash handling principals and use of Point of Sale (POS) systemsPromote the centre's services and programs to our patronsDevelop and maintain good working relations with patronsAbility to work mornings, evenings and weekends.
