Working as a connected global team, we deliver impactful projects that shape the future.Your OpportunityDue to strong growth and an exciting pipeline of projects, Mott MacDonald's Risk and Assurance team has an exciting opening for a Risk and Assurance Advisor in the Brisbane or Adelaide office.
You will be joining a diverse and passionate team with a proven track record delivering major projects across Australia.
In this role you will have the prospect to:Understanding and applying relevant risk analysis tools & techniques (Safran, Primavera Risk Analysis and @Risk), including:Risk identification techniques (e.g., bow-tie analysis)Preparation of rationale for cost and schedule consequence rangesWorking with Schedulers, Cost Engineers,
Project Managers and Estimators to accurately quantify cost and schedule ranges.Preparing quantitative modelling methodologies to optimise model inputsRunning quantitative models and providing interpretive reports to enable informed and evidence-based decision-makingWorkshop facilitation supportDelivering quality reports and outputsAbout YouDesirable ExperienceRelevant tertiary or vocational qualifications and working towards chartershipExperience in Quantitative Schedule Risk Analysis (QSRA) and Quantitative Cost Risk Analysis (QCRA) using specialist risk software (e.g., Safran, Primavera Risk Analysis and @Risk)Experience in a project environment providing technical and project risk management knowledge and judgement to enable project decision making.
Ability to lead small sized engagements.
Ideally with exposure to defence industry projects.Key SkillsThe ability to produce clear and logical written communication and presentations in English.Effective Team playerExcellent interpersonal skillsDemonstrating a passion for continual learning and promote the use of the global network systems to teams.
