LINEMARKING OPERATOR – PERMANENT PART‐TIME (VIEW TO FULL‐TIME)Location: Sydney & Greater NSWHours: Up to 38 hours per week + overtimeLicence Requirement: MR Licence (Mandatory)Position OverviewUltra Linemarking is seeking a reliable, safety‐focused Linemarking Operator to join our growing team.
This role starts as permanent part‐time with a explicit pathway to full‐time employment based on performance and operational demand.You will work across a variety of civil, commercial, and industrial sites delivering high‐quality linemarking services including paint, thermoplastic, MMA, and surface preparation.Key ResponsibilitiesOperate linemarking vehicles, plant, and equipment safely and efficientlyApply road, carpark, warehouse, and specialty markings to required specificationsAssist with pre‐marking, layout, set‐out, and site preparationLoad, unload, and maintain materials, tools, and equipmentComplete daily paperwork, job sheets, and safety documentationFollow all WHS procedures, PPE requirements,
and company policiesWork collaboratively with crew members and supervisorsRepresent the company professionally on all worksitesWork ConditionsMonday to Friday rosterNight shifts as required for road closures and traffic access windowsOccasional travel and nights away from home for regional projectsUp to 38 hours per week, with regular overtime availableMandatory RequirementsMR Licence (no exceptions)White CardAbility to pass drug and alcohol testingPhysically fit and able to work outdoors in varying conditionsStrong work ethic and reliabilityWillingness to work nights, weekends, and travel when requiredHighly Regarded (Not Essential)Previous linemarking experience (paint, thermoplastic, MMA)Traffic Control tickets (TC1/TC2)Mechanical aptitudeExperience in civil construction or similar industriesWhat We OfferStable part‐time role with progression to full‐time
