We are seeking a Talent Advisor to join our Sydney office, supporting the firm's resourcing needs within a professional services setting.
The role will initially focus on internal talent requirements, with scope to expand into external recruitment as the function evolves.The role reports to the HR Manager and sits within the broader HR team, working closely with Partners, leaders and HR colleagues to deliver practical, well‐judged recruitment outcomes.About the roleYou will deliver end‐to‐end recruitment support, partnering with leaders to understand workforce needs and provide market‐informed advice.
Early focus will be on internal talent identification and movement, with responsibility broadening over time to include external hiring across a range of roles.Key responsibilities include:Managing end‐to‐end recruitment processes, initially focused on internal resourcingPartnering with leaders on role scoping, approvals and resourcing decisionsSupporting the transition to a blended internal and external recruitment approachScreening, interviewing and supporting selection decisionsCoordinating advertising, candidate management and offersContributing to onboarding and early employment experiencesMaintaining recruitment data and reportingSupporting broader HR initiatives as required06th August, ****We are seeking a Talent Advisor to join our Sydney office, supporting the firm's resourcing needs within a professional services environment.
