About the RoleJBS Dinmore is looking for an experienced and motivated Trim Management System (TMS) Manager to join our team at one of Australia's largest and most dynamic beef processing facilities.
Reporting to the Assistant Plant Manager, this is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, solving problems and improving the way things operate.
You'll play an key role in leading and coordinating fabrication activities across our Trim Management System, helping ensure our operation continues to run safely, efficiently and to a high standard.This is a hands-on leadership opportunity where no two days are the same.
You'll work alongside our Production, Engineering and wider operational teams, supporting the reliability and performance of equipment including conveyors, chutes, metal detection units, nitrogen tunnel, Sensor X (X-ray) and associated systems.What you'll be involved in:Lead and support a team in a busy, fast-paced processing environmentCoordinate fabrication activities and priorities across the TMSWork closely with Production and Engineering to identify opportunities and improve equipment reliabilityAssist with maintenance planning, shutdowns, equipment upgrades and minor capital projectsSupport root cause investigations and help turn identified issues into practical improvementsReview technical drawings, documentation and fabrication requirementsMaintain high standards of safety, quality, food safety and complianceHelp develop a positive team culture focused on communication, accountability and continuous improvementContribute your ideas and experience to help make our operation safer, more reliable and more efficientAbout youWe're looking for someone who brings practical experience, a positive attitude and a genuine desire to make a difference.
Ideally, you will have:Experience working within the meat processing industryPrevious leadership, supervisory or team-leading experience,
