Our growing team is committed to helping patients achieve healthier smiles and renewed confidence through outstanding clinical care and an exceptional patient experience.We're looking for an experienced and compassionate Treatment Coordinator to become the trusted guide for patients considering dental implants and comprehensive treatment.This is more than an administration role—it's an opportunity to make a genuine difference in people's lives by supporting them through one of the most important healthcare decisions they'll make.About the RoleAs our Treatment Coordinator, you'll be the primary point of contact for patients throughout their treatment journey from their initial enquiry through to treatment completion and ongoing care.Working closely with our dentists and support team, you'll educate patients about their treatment options, coordinate appointments, assist with finance applications, and ensure every patient feels informed, supported and confident throughout their experience.You'll play a key role in creating exceptional patient experiences while helping our practice continue to grow.Key ResponsibilitiesManage patient enquiries from first contact through to treatment completionCoordinate implant and comprehensive treatment consultationsBuild strong, trusting relationships with patients and their familiesPresent treatment plans and explain procedures in a clear,



supportive mannerAssist patients with finance options and applicationsCoordinate appointments and ensure a seamless patient journeyMaintain regular communication and follow‐up with patients throughout treatmentLiaise closely with clinicians to deliver outstanding patient careMaintain accurate patient records, reports and lead trackingSupport appointment book optimisation and patient retentionAssist with collecting patient testimonials and treatment success storiesAbout YouYou'll be someone who genuinely enjoys helping people and is passionate about delivering an exceptional patient experience.You'll bring:Previous experience in treatment coordination, dental reception or patient care (preferred)Excellent communication and relationship‐building skillsA warm, empathetic and professional approachStrong organisational and time management skillsConfidence discussing treatment options and financial arrangementsHigh attention to detail and excellent administrative skillsThe ability to work collaboratively in a busy, fast‐paced environmentA proactive attitude with a genuine desire to help patients achieve the best possible outcomesExperience with dental implants or comprehensive treatment planning is highly regarded, but not essential for the right candidate.Why Join Hamilton Country Care Dental?
