Based atTongalaand reporting to theProduction Coordinator, the Assistant Miller plays a key role in keeping production running smoothly.
You'll support milling, production, and distribution operations, helping ensure we deliver top‐quality feed every day.This is a hands‐on role for someone who enjoys a challenge, thrives in a manufacturing environment, and is keen to grow their career in operations.What you'll be doingFollowing safe work practices and positive manufacturing principles to keep production on trackSpotting opportunities to improve plant reliability, efficiency, and performanceCoaching and supporting colleagues to build capability across the teamWorking with the reliability team on root cause analysis and process improvementsManaging safety, quality, and production tasks through our digital systemsContributing to Safety, Quality,
