The Taylor Group is looking for an experienced Sous Chef to help manage all aspects of the kitchen operations at our popular holiday venue the Barwon Heads Hotel.
Situated on the stunning Bellarine peninsula, only 20 minutes from the Geelong CBD,weaim to set a new standard of service and cuisine at the Barwon Heads Hotel.We are seeking a person with progressive ideas about food across a range of cuisines to help lead our Barwon Heads Hotel kitchen team which is part of a locally owned hotel group that consists of Grovedale Hotel, Barwon Heads Hotel and the Torquay Hotel.
Experience in highvolumekitchens will be considered an advantage.
