Lyka is hiring a Fulfilment Team Leader to own the afternoon shift on our Australian fulfilment floor.
You will manage the equipment, people, output, and standards from shift start to handover, reporting to the Fulfillment Manager and collaborating with Maintenance, Quality, and Supply Chain to keep fulfilment moving and improving.You will lead Operators, own rosters and timesheets, and drive continuous improvement using Lean, Six Sigma, and kaizen to turn operators into problem-solvers.
