We operate a modern showroom and warehouse in Seven Hills, as well as selling through our own website and multiple online marketplaces.We are looking for a friendly, customer-focused and proactive Customer Service & Sales Assistant to join our office and showroom team.
This is a varied role involving customer service, showroom sales, order support, basic warranty coordination and e-commerce administration.
Social media experience would be an advantage but is not essential.What You'll Be DoingGreet and assist walk-in customers in our showroomAnswer incoming phone calls and respond to general customer enquiriesRespond to customer emails regarding product information, order status, delivery arrangements and after-sales supportAssist with warranty and after-sales enquiries, including collecting relevant photos and information from customersFollow up on open customer service and warranty cases and maintain accurate internal notesWork together with the customer service team to share phone,



email and showroom responsibilitiesCheck product listings across e-commerce platforms to ensure products are live and information is accurateSupport basic sales reporting and weekly order trackingAssist with other general office and administrative duties when requiredWhat We're Looking ForMinimum 1–2 years of experience in customer service, retail, sales or a similar roleStrong written and verbal communication skillsFriendly, outgoing and confident when assisting customers by phone, email and in personStrong attention to detail and good follow-up skillsProactive attitude and willingness to take responsibility for assigned tasksGood organisational and time-management skillsBasic computer skills and the ability to learn new systems and e-commerce platforms quicklyProficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel for basic reporting and order trackingAustralian work rights, including citizenship, permanent residency or a valid work visaDesirable but Not EssentialExperience with Shopify or online marketplacesBasic social media experience, including taking product photos or short videos and posting contentFamiliarity with Instagram, Facebook, or basic video-editing appsWhat We offerFull-time permanent positionFriendly, supportive and cooperative team environmentVaried role with opportunities to learn customer service, sales, warranty coordination and e-commerceLong-term career opportunity for the right candidateModern showroom and office environmentConvenient Seven Hills, NSW location, close to the train station
