We are seeking a highly organised and customer-focused Therapy Coordinator to join our supportive team in Elizabeth, South Australia.This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in supporting our clinicians and ensuring families receive an exceptional service experience from their very first interaction with our clinic.About the RoleAs a Therapy Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for children, families, and referrers accessing our services.
Working within a collaborative multidisciplinary environment, you will provide administrative support that helps our clinical team deliver high-quality care.This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building strong relationships, thrives in a rapid-paced environment, and takes pride in delivering outstanding customer service.
anKey ResponsibilitiesProvide a welcoming andprofessional experience for clients and familiesManage therapist schedules and appointments across clinic and community settingsRespond to enquiries via phone, email, and online channelsMaintain accurate and confidential client recordsSupport accounts receivable processes and NDIS claiming requirementsAssist clinicians with administrative tasks related to service deliveryComplete data entry, document preparation, and general administrative dutiesBuild and maintain positive relationships with clients,
