This is more than a retail sales role.
You'll act as a trusted advisor, helping customers transform their renovation ideas into beautiful and functional bathroom spaces.

As a Bathroom Design Sales Consultant, you'll:
Engage with customers and guide them through their bathroom renovation journeyRecommend products and design solutions tailored to customer needs and budgetsBuild lasting customer relationships through exceptional service and follow-upGenerate sales opportunities and consistently achieve personal and team targetsMaintain robust product knowledge across our bathroom and tile rangesDeliver a seamless customer experience from consultation through to purchase
We're seeking individuals who are:




Proven sales performers or highly motivated professionals with a passion for salesConfident communicators who can build rapport and influence purchasing decisionsResults-driven and motivated by achieving targets and earning uncapped commissionsPassionate about helping customers and delivering exceptional serviceProfessional, organised, and able to manage multiple customers and prioritiesTeam players who contribute positively to a high-performing culture
Bathroom, renovation, tile, interior design or building product experience is advantageous but not essential.
