Property Manager | Reasonable Portfolio | Beachfront Office | Up to $105k Package + Supportive Team An excellent opportunity is available for an experienced Property Manager to join a well-established real estate agency.This role would suit a Property Manager who enjoys building robust relationships with landlords and tenants, delivering high-quality service and managing a reasonable, well-supported portfolio without being overloaded.
Your responsibilities will include:
Managing a reasonable residential property portfolio Building strong relationships with landlords and tenants Handling routine inspections, lease renewals and rent reviews Coordinating maintenance requests and liaising with trades Managing arrears, tenant communication and compliance matters Conducting entry and exit processes where required Working closely with leasing and administration support Providing a high level of communication and service to clients Ensuring properties are managed professionally and efficiently About You You will ideally have:
