This permanent position is ideal for an experienced electrician ready to take the next step into a leadership role, overseeing works across supermarket, retail, commercial, and construction projects throughout Victoria.The role involves leading small teams on-site, coordinating daily tasks, and ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.
Projects may occasionally require working away from home and participating in rotating day/night shifts.Key Duties & ResponsibilitiesLead and supervise on-site electrical works, including allocation of daily tasks and coordination of labourEnsure compliance with all relevant OH&S; legislation, site-specific procedures,



and safety policiesInstall, test, commission, and maintain electrical and electronic wiring, apparatus, and fixtures in accordance with current Australian StandardsProvide on-the-job training, guidance, and mentoring to apprentices and traineesMonitor and manage consumables, materials, and tools on siteMaintain accurate and organised records of works completed, defects, and service tasksLiaise professionally with clients, site supervisors, and internal managementAbility to work overtime and weekends when requiredCarry out other reasonable duties within the scope of the roleKey Licences, Skills & ExperienceUnrestricted Victorian A-Grade Electrical LicenceCurrent OHS Induction CardConstruction Industry White CardAustralian Permanent ResidencyProven experience in commercial and/or industrial electrical environmentsDemonstrated ability to work independently and lead teams without direct supervisionStrong knowledge of current electrical standards and regulatory requirementsExperience in control wiring and/or commercial property infrastructure (highly regarded)Computer and mobile device literacyExcellent communication, leadership, and presentation skillsStrong organisational skills and punctualityA proactive, can-do attitude with robust written and verbal communication
