This is casual position with the possibility of becoming permanent part time that offers flexibility whilst making a meaningful difference in the lives of young children.
As a Diploma Qualified Educator, you will be instrumental in creating nurturing, engaging learning environments where children can thrive, explore, and develop foundational skills for lifelong learning.
This role is essential to our commitment to providing high-quality early childhood education and care that supports each child's unique developmental journey.Key responsibilitiesAssist with Planning and implement developmentally appropriate activities and learning experiences that align with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)Foster a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment where all children feel valued and encouraged to explore their interestsBuild solid relationships with children and families, communicating regularly about progress, achievements, and developmental milestonesObserve and assess children's learning and development, documenting progress and identifying areas for further supportCollaborate with colleagues to maintain high standards of childcare, hygiene, and safety throughout the serviceSupport children's emotional wellbeing and social development, helping them build confidence and positive relationships with peersActively engage with supervising children's play and learning activities, ensuring their physical safety and emotional security at all timesParticipate in professional development opportunities and contribute to the continuous improvement of our serviceCommunicate effectively with families and contribute to a welcoming,



inclusive centre cultureWhat we're looking forA recognised Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care or equivalent qualificationCurrent Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain one)Strong knowledge of child development and best practice early learning methodologiesExcellent communication and interpersonal skills with both children and familiesAbility to create inclusive, engaging learning environments that cater to diverse needsPhysical capability to actively engage with children throughout the dayA genuine passion for early childhood education and a commitment to supporting each child's developmentFirst Aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain certification)Prior experience working in early childhood education and care settings is highly valuedFlexibility to work any shift between 6.30am to 6.30pm.Willingness to be a responsible person in charge, as required.About usBelieve Early Education is dedicated to providing exceptional early childhood education and care experiences that inspire children to learn, grow, and develop a genuine love of learning.
