Our centralised Sydney CBD office runs the show and needs your help.Your new role:If you are an all rounder who loves a quick paced, customer focused environment then this job is for you.
Day to day you will be the friendly voice on the phone to medical practices across Australia, conducting remote TeamViewer sessions to support their bone density scan bookings and system use, and working closely with our sales and relationship managers to keep everything running smoothly.What we are looking for:A dependable, reliable team player who can be trusted to manage their own workload with minimal supervisionA happy, friendly and supportive attitude with a genuine can do spiritComfortable conducting remote support sessions via TeamViewer or similar remote access software (full training provided)Strong attention to detail, particularly when logging call outcomes,



scheduling or updating practice recordsAn exceptional phone manner and genuine warmth when speaking with medical centre staff throughout the dayProficiency with MS Office applications and an aptitude for learning new software and systemsExcellent organisation and communication skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks accordinglyStrong time management and multitasking abilitiesA healthcare or customer service background is ideal, but if you think you have got what it takes without that experience, we would still love to hear from youWhat you need to know:Stable, full time permanent role, Monday to Friday 8:30am to 4:30pmWe are a three minute walk from Wynyard and Martin Place train stationsBe part of a relaxed, young and genuine teamOpportunity to develop and grow your skills within the business
