You will be joining an existing IEA team of around 10 staff in Fairfield East including dedicated Managers & Employer Partnership Managers.What You Will DoYou will work closely with participants to turn goals into reality, supporting them from "where do I start?" to "I got the job!".
In This Role, You WillUse the Individual Placement & Support (IPS) Model, the gold standard in mental health employment supportGuide participants through their full employment journey, from planning to placement and beyondBuild genuine relationships with employers and create inclusive opportunitiesCollaborate with clinical and community supports to provide holistic, wrap-around careDeliver strong,
