Position: Full-Time Head Spa Therapist $***** per hour + Superannuation 4 weeks paid annual leave Ongoing professional training Performance bonuses and staff incentives Supportive and friendly team environment Key Responsibilities: Deliver premium Korean Head Spa and scalp treatments Provide exceptional customer service and personalised client care Perform professional scalp analysis and explain treatment recommendations Recommend suitable treatment packages and home care products based on each client's needs Educate clients on how to use their home care products correctly to achieve the best possible results Maintain accurate client records and treatment notes Maintain a clean, organised,
