Travel Agents assist clients with researching, planning and booking their travel, including flights, accommodation, cruises, tours, car hire, transfers and travel insurance.
The role may include:Discussing clients' travel plans and preferencesResearching suitable travel optionsPreparing quotes and itinerariesMaking and managing bookingsCommunicating booking updates and changesSupporting clients before and during their travelMaintaining organised client and booking records
This is an independent, self-employed, commission-based opportunity rather than a salaried or hourly-paid employee position.
Travel Agents may also choose to grow a team and develop an additional residual income stream over time.
This is optional and is supported through mentoring, group training and a wider network of experienced travel professionals.
No previous travel industry experience is required.
Comprehensive training, ongoing support and mentoring are provided.
