Millard Service Centre is seeking motivated and skilled Wheel Aligners and Tyre Fitters to join our large and dynamic workshop team.About the RoleThis position plays a key role in delivering our core services and maintaining the high standards that set Millard Service Centre apart from competitors.
We are currently looking for experienced individuals who specialise in wheel alignment services across a range of vehicles as well as tyre fitting.To be successful in this role, you will have:Previous experience in wheel alignment and tyre fittingA strong work ethic and ability to work effectively within a teamReliability and punctualityGood physical fitness and a commitment to workplace safetyThe ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlinesAvailability to work fortnightly Saturdays (or more if desired)Key Responsibilities:Perform wheel alignments to manufacturer specificationsIdentify and rectify tyre and wheel-related issuesCarry out tyre fitting, repairs, rotations, and balancingWork on a range of vehicles including passenger and commercial.Maintain a clean and safe working environmentAdditional Requirements:Ability to work independently or with minimal supervisionA current driver's licence (essential)Forklift licence (advantageous)What We Offer:Competitive remuneration based on experience and skillsOvertime opportunities within standard operating hoursA supportive team setting within a well-established businessPay: From $73,****** per yearBenefits:Employee discountWork Location: In person
