This is an excellent opportunity to secure a stable, long-term position with a reputable business that values teamwork, accuracy, and professional development.Your new role Reporting to the finance team, you will take ownership of the accounts receivable function and play a key role in maintaining strong cash flow and customer relationships.Your responsibilities will include:
Processing and allocating daily customer paymentsPerforming daily banking and account reconciliationsSending customer statements and payment remindersManaging overdue accounts and following up outstanding invoicesInvestigating and resolving payment and billing discrepanciesMaintaining accurate customer account recordsAssisting with month-end processes and reportingSupporting audit and compliance requirements as requiredWhat you'll need to succeed Previous experience in an Accounts Receivable positionStrong understanding of accounting principles and AR processesExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsHigh level of attention to detail and accuracyStrong organisational and time management skillsCertificate IV in Bookkeeping or a related qualification will be highly regardedWhat you'll get in return Permanent full-time opportunityStable and supportive working environmentLong-term growth opportunities opportunitiesOn-site parkingJoin a respected and established industry leader
