We offer specialised services in alcohol and other drug treatment, mental health, and wellbeing, through counselling, group support, residential rehabilitation, and education—reaching communities across the Perth metro, Peel, South West, and Great Southern regions.

TC AOD and Mental Health Clinician provides specialist clinical assessment, intervention, therapeutic activities.
Supporting residents experiencing alcohol and other drug (AOD) dependence and co-occurring mental health needs through the delivery of evidence-informed, trauma-informed, and recovery-oriented clinical care.
This role is classified at Level 5 under the Social, Community, Home Care and Disability Services Industry Award ****.

What We're Looking For




You're more than your qualifications—you're someone who brings heart, empathy, professionalism and a strong commitment to supporting clients in improving their wellbeing.
The ideal candidate will meet the following selection criteria:
Tertiary qualification in Social Work, Psychology, Counselling, Occupational Therapy, or another recognised behavioural, health or human services discipline relevant to alcohol and other drug (AOD) and mental health practice.
Demonstrated experience to be able to comprehensively assess, plan, implement and evaluate care within a complex environment.
Demonstrated ability or demonstrated commitment to the delivery of evidence based therapeutic approaches and interventions.
Experience in the leadership of a team, specifically within a clinical setting, including line management.
