Reporting directly to the CFO, this is a key leadership prospect to oversee financial reporting, governance and business partnering for a growing mining organisation.
You'll lead an established finance team while providing commercial insights that support strategic decision-making and continuous improvement.Key Responsibilities
Lead monthly, quarterly and annual financial reporting, including consolidated accounts.
Manage the month-end close, reconciliations, journals and financial controls.
Deliver budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis to support business performance.
Oversee statutory reporting, tax compliance, audits and governance.
Manage treasury, lender reporting, payroll governance and insurance renewals.
Drive improvements across finance systems, processes and internal controls.
Lead,



mentor and develop the finance team while partnering with senior stakeholders.
About You
CA or CPA qualified.
7+ years' finance experience, including leadership.
Strong financial reporting, statutory accounting and audit experience.
Proven budgeting, forecasting and business partnering capability.
Advanced Excel and ERP systems knowledge.
Mining or resources experience highly regarded.
