About UsAdelaide Wine Barrels is a growing Adelaide-based business supplying premium American and French oak wine barrels, personalised engraved products, and our own Glass Head Barrel range to customers across Australia and internationally.
We're looking for a hands-on, computer-savvy team member to join our small, close-knit team — with real opportunity to grow into a higher management role as the business expands.
The RoleWe're after an all-rounder who can move between several parts of the business day to day, including:
Engraving – operating our engraving equipment to personalise barrels and products for customers
UV printing – running our UV printer for custom product finishes
Stock dispatch – picking, packing, and dispatching orders accurately and on time
Warehouse duties – general warehouse handling, stock movement, and keeping the space organised
This is a varied, hands-on role suited to someone who likes mixing practical warehouse work with computer-based tasks — and who wants more than just a job.
As we grow,



there's genuine potential to move into a management position overseeing production, dispatch, or warehouse operations.
What We're Looking For
Comfortable and confident using computers, particularly Mac (you'll be using them daily for engraving/printing software and order processing)
Reliable, organised, and able to manage multiple tasks in a single shift
Physically capable of warehouse work (lifting, standing, moving stock)
A current RSA is handy but not essential, we are a licensed premise selling bulk liquor to age in barrels
Prior experience with engraving or printing equipment is a plus but not essential; we'll train the right person
Ambition and reliability — we're keen to develop the right person into a leadership role over time
Pay & Progression$40 per hour, with opportunities for overtime when needed.
Above-average pay for the local market, with a genuine pathway into higher management roles as the business grows.
