Therapy Partners in Brisbane is seeking an experienced Behaviour Support Practitioner to join our multidisciplinary team delivering Occupational Therapy, Speech Pathology, Psychology and Behaviour Support services to people with disabilities.
You will conduct Functional Behavioural Assessments, develop Behaviour Support Plans, liaise with clients, families, hospitals and agencies, and provide direct behavioural interventions for children, young people and adults with disability.
