About the Role
We are seeking an experienced, proactive, and people-focused after-hoursOperations Managerto oversee our evening and weekend operations and support our teams when they need it most.
As the after-hours Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the operational oversight of our medical centre network during evening and weekend trading hours.
Acting as the first point of escalation for centre teams, you will provide leadership and support to ensure our centres operate safely and efficiently and maintain service continuity across the network.
This role is ideal for a highly organised, solutions-focused professional who can confidently manage competing priorities while supporting teams remotely across multiple locations.
The role will be based at our North Sydney office or one of our medical centre locations in the greater Sydney area.
Key Responsibilities
Provide evening and weekend operational oversight across 15 medical centres.
Monitor centre performance and respond to operational issues as they arise.
Support Admin & Reception teams with escalation management and decision-making.




Maintain continuity of services by coordinating resources and support across the network including telehealth services.
Coordinate responses to critical incidents, service disruptions, and urgent operational matters.
Support the resolution and documentation of workplace incidents and safety concerns.
Ensure centres operate in accordance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Identify operational trends and opportunities for improvement.
Prepare handover reports and communicate key issues to daytime leadership teams.
Support implementation of network-wide initiatives and projects.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
Previous experience in healthcare, medical centre, hospital or aged care operational management.
Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Ability to remain calm and effective under pressure.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Solid understanding of risk management, incident response, and workplace health and safety principles.
A proactive, patient-centred approach to service delivery.
Experience managing multiple sites or geographically dispersed teams will be highly regarded.
