Job Description
Your responsibilities will include:
* Providing outstanding customer service and sales support in our retail showroom.
* Coordinating customer orders from quotation and artwork approval through to production and delivery.
* Preparing and editing artwork for embroidery, heat transfers, screen printing, and other branding applications.
* Creating engaging Facebook and social media content to promote our products and services.
* Liaising with customers, suppliers, and our production team to ensure projects are completed accurately and on time.
* Assisting with general administration, merchandising, and day-to-day retail operations.
About the Candidate
* A minimum of five (5) years' experience in retail sales (essential).
* Previous experience in production coordination, branded apparel, uniforms, promotional products, or a similar industry.
* Experience using graphic design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, CorelDRAW, or similar.




* Experience with AI-assisted graphics and vectorising artwork would be highly regarded.
* A good understanding of Facebook marketing and social media content creation.
* Excellent communication, organisational, and customer service skills.
* Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
* A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and the ability to work effectively within a team.
* Experience in the workwear, uniforms, embroidery, or promotional products industry will be highly regarded.
