About Us
Park Lane Group – Noosa North Shore - is undergoing an exciting period of growth and redevelopment, and we are looking for an enthusiastic, experiencedSous Chefto join our professional kitchen team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated chef who enjoys variety, leadership, and working across multiple food service operations.
Our business includes a busy school camp catering operation alongside our growing bistro, café and function venue, providing a diverse and rewarding working environment.
What You'll Do

Help Lead Great Food & Memorable Guest Experiences!
Support the day-to-day operation of a busy commercial kitchen
Prepare and present high-quality meals across multiple dining experiences
Mentor junior chefs and support a positive team culture
Assist with stock control, ordering, menu development and waste minimisation
Maintain exceptional food safety, hygiene and HACCP standards
What You'll Bring
You're a passionate chef who enjoys leading by example, thrives in a fast-paced kitchen and is ready to take the next step in your culinary career.
Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (minimum)




Previous experience as a Sous Chef, Senior Chef de Partie, or Chef de Partie ready to step up
Solid food safety knowledge and commitment to quality
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to perform under pressure
Ability to work across a rotating roster during school holidays
All final applicants for this role must provide evidence of a current Queensland Blue Card (Working with Children Check) and Australian work rights before commencing employment.
