About the role
We have an exciting opportunity for a passionate and drivenAssistant Store Managerto join ourMichael Kors DFO South Wharfteam.
This role is perfect for a motivated leader with a flair for clienteling and a love for luxury retail.
Working closely with the Store Manager, you'll play a key role in driving business performance while inspiring, developing, and nurturing a high-performing team.
You'll also help ensure the store consistently delivers a world-class brand experience.
This is afull-time role (38 hours per week)on aTuesday–Saturday roster.
Key Responsibilities




Business Development:Support and execute key business strategies to drive sales and store performance
Team Leadership:Motivate, coach, and develop a passionate team to achieve their full potential
Clienteling & Client Management:Build and maintain strong relationships with our loyal clientele
Customer Relationship Management:Manage the customer database and lead in-store promotional events
Store Operations:Oversee day-to-day operations including visual merchandising, inventory, and housekeeping to the highest brand standards
Skills and Experience
2–4 years' experience in retail management (premium or luxury experience highly regarded)
Strong understanding of specialty retail, including visual merchandising, operations, and business development
Proven leadership and team management skills
Confident computer skills and systems experience
Exceptional relationship-building skills with the ability to foster long-term client connections
