With continued growth, they're looking for an Occupational Therapy Team Leader to mentor clinicians while maintaining a reduced paediatric caseload.

You'll supervise and mentor Occupational Therapists while continuing to manage your own small predominantly paediatric caseload across clinic and community settings.

About You
AHPRA registered Occupational Therapist
Previous experience mentoring, supervising or supporting clinicians
Passion for developing others
Strong communication and leadership skills
Current driver's licence and access to a vehicle
