We are currently seeking an Business Service Support Officer (full time) to join our team in Chinchilla QLD.
You will be a key team member assisting staff and clients with various administration tasks.
Responsibilities will include:
Responding to customer and staff queries - in person, over the phone and via email.
Phone and email inbox management
Collating and submitting applications
Problem solving issues for customers and staff
Generating reports and data entry
The successful applicant will have the following skills:
Strong communication skills - verbally and in writing
Strong computer skills - we use a variety of software programs, your ability to learn these quickly we be an advantage.
