Missionaries of the Sacred Heart in Kensington, NSW, is seeking a Nurse Care Coordinator to join our Assisted Living facility on a part time basis.
You will coordinate and schedule care, liaise with care staff and external providers, and ensure quality, person-centred care for residents in a faith-based environment.
Applicants should hold a recognised NURSE/EEN/AIN qualification, have a valid driver's license, and current First Aid/CPR or willingness to obtain.
