THE ROLE
Processing end-to-end payroll fortnightly
Maintaining employee payroll records and payroll data accuracy
Assisting with new starters, terminations,



leave and payroll adjustments
Responding to payroll enquiries and providing excellent customer service
Award interpretation and payroll compliance support
Payroll reconciliations and reporting
Assisting with payroll audits and month-end activities
Supporting process improvement initiatives and system enhancements
Working closely with HR, Finance and operational stakeholders
THE PERSON
1-3+ years payroll experience in a Payroll
Experience processing payroll within retail, hospitality or other high-volume environments highly regarded
Dayforce experience highly desirable
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Good understanding of payroll legislation, awards and compliance
Eager to learn, develop and build a long-term career in payroll
Positive attitude and team-first approach
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Full working rights as this is a permanent role
